During the meeting, Anna Lundberg was thoroughly introduced to the key areas of the Academy’s activities, its organizational structure, the specifics of initial training, retraining, and advanced professional development of prosecution and investigative officers, as well as the practices applied in organizing the educational and research process.
The meeting included a substantive exchange of views on issues related to the protection of children’s rights, current aspects of academic and educational activities in these field, and recent changes and amendments to national legislation. Particular attention was paid to the prospects for further strengthening cooperation, including experience sharing and the implementation of joint research studies and projects.
As part of the visit, Anna Lundberg familiarized herself with the Academy’s material and technical facilities, specialized training classrooms, and research laboratories.
