The Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan has published a two-volume collection of materials from the international scientific and practical conference "Modern Challenges and Threats in the Field of Law Enforcement in the Era of Digital Transformation."
The collection covers a number of issues relevant to scientific research and practice in the field of law enforcement. In particular, issues of eliminating corruption-bureaucratic barriers in the implementation of scientific research, retrospective and modern approaches to the integration of education, science and practice, some aspects of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in writing scientific works on legal topics, and the formation of a unified approach in legal science and law enforcement practice are widely covered.
Also analyzed are the international legal foundations for the implementation of human rights education, the tactics of preparing for interrogation in the process of investigating crimes committed using information and communication technologies, existing problems in various areas of legal science, as well as their scientific and practical solutions.
The collection includes scientific articles and abstracts of leading legal scholars of South Korea, the USA, Spain, France, Sweden, Turkey, Russia, the Republic of Belarus, qualified specialists of international organizations, as well as professors, doctoral students, independent researchers, and young scientists working in the field of legal science in our country.
