A competition is announced for the position of content developer for distance learning courses based on artificial intelligence. (temporary work on a contractual basis)


At the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, distance learning courses have been introduced for students, employees of the prosecutor's office, as well as investigators and inquiry officers of other law enforcement agencies, and at the same time, there is a need to improve these distance courses in accordance with modern requirements and digital transformation processes.

In particular, there is a need to involve a qualified specialist in the development and improvement of the content of distance courses using artificial intelligence technologies.

If the submitted documents are reviewed and approved in accordance with the requirements of the competition, a bilateral civil law contract is concluded between the candidate and the Academy.

The specialist must perform the following tasks:

development of requirements for digital educational content developed on the basis of artificial intelligence, as well as providing methodological assistance to professors and teachers in this area.

development, editing, and optimization of video materials (AI assistants, animation, etc.) based on artificial intelligence in accordance with established quality standards;

development of digital educational content in accordance with the national context, taking into account the specifics of the activities of law enforcement agencies, special clothing and equipment, as well as the specifics of service in the prosecutor's office.

creation of educational content in a multilingual format (in Uzbek, Russian, English, and other languages) using virtual assistants based on artificial intelligence;

development of short advertising videos in order to popularize the created educational content and their formatting in accordance with the requirements of social networks;

regular study and implementation of new technologies in the field of artificial intelligence;

preparation of reports on the work performed and their submission to the Department of Electronic Education of the Academy within the established timeframe.

Requirements for the candidate:

have higher education;

have practical work experience in video editing and the development of digital educational content;

have skills in working on the following artificial intelligence platforms: ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Synthesia, HeyGen, Adobe Firefly, VEO-3, NanoBanana, etc.;

The ability to effectively cooperate with the Academy's faculty, to think creatively and creatively, to be responsible, and to fulfill assigned tasks within the established timeframe and at a high quality level.

Working conditions:

working period - 3 (three) months; (in the future, if necessary, the candidate may be hired on the basis of an employment contract);

working hours - 5 working days a week, 8 hours a day (40-hour work week);

place of work - the opportunity to work directly at the Academy in the manner prescribed by the contract, as well as remotely with the consent of the Academy management.

Candidates must possess the following personal qualities:

initiative and ability to work effectively in a team;

independent thinking and creativity;

responsibility and discipline for the timely and accurate fulfillment of assigned tasks.

certificate of work and educational activity (resume or objective);

a diploma of higher education and an appendix thereto (if any, additional certificates are also provided);
