A woman with intellectual potential is a guarantee of sustainable development and the prosperity of society

A spiritual and educational round table dedicated to the issues of developing the scientific potential of women, increasing their activity in the field of science and innovation was held at the Law Enforcement Academy.

Current aspects of supporting women's intellectual potential and ensuring their equal participation in the scientific community were discussed.

The event was attended by Professor of the National University of Uzbekistan N.E. Abdullaeva, Doctor of Sociological Sciences, Associate Professor S.M. Kalanova, and Professor of Tashkent State Technical University, Doctor of Philosophy N.R. Nishonova, who presented reports on the role of women in science, increasing scientific activity, and forming a modern research environment.

During the discussions, issues of widely involving women in scientific research, realizing their intellectual potential, improving the institution of scientific leadership, and supporting experienced female scientists were comprehensively considered.

The event will serve to strengthen the role of women in society, enhance their scientific potential, and contribute to the innovative development of the country.
