In order to ensure high-quality preparation of candidates for the annually improved system of entrance examinations, the Law Enforcement Academy announces the commencement of the specialized preparatory courses “PreAcademy”. The start of the academic process is scheduled for March 2 of the current year.
This educational project is aimed at providing comprehensive and systematic preparation of applicants not only for admission to the Law Enforcement Academy, but also to specialized higher educational institutions of other law enforcement agencies and security structures of the country.
The curriculum and methodological framework of the “PreAcademy” courses have been developed in strict accordance with modern qualification requirements imposed on candidates for service in law enforcement bodies. The comprehensive program covers the full range of subjects included in the entrance examinations, including: fundamentals of state and law, psychological training, academic writing, native language and literature, mathematics, as well as a foreign language.
The initial stage of training consists of an intensive three-month course focused on basic preparation in three core specialized areas:
1. Fundamentals of State and Law – formation of fundamental knowledge in constitutional law, the functioning of state authority, and the foundations of the national legal system.
2. Psychological Training – development of high stress resilience, analytical thinking, communication competencies, and moral-volitional qualities required for future law enforcement officers.
3. Academic Writing – improvement of coherent, accurate and structured written expression skills necessary both for successfully passing entrance tests and for further higher education studies.
To ensure maximum accessibility, candidates are offered a choice of study format:
- Traditional (full-time) format – implementation of the educational process directly on the basis of the Academy’s infrastructure.
- Distance (online) format – training delivered through modern digital educational technologies and electronic platforms.
Educational and practical classes are conducted by highly qualified faculty members, practitioner experts of the Law Enforcement Academy, as well as invited field-specific specialists, using advanced pedagogical and innovative teaching methods.
