The Law Enforcement Academy.announces a competition for the position of Course Manager (temporary, contract-based) for preparatory courses organized for applicants and citizens planning to pursue a career in law enforcement agencies.
At present, there is a need to engage an experienced specialist to effectively manage the educational process of these courses, increase the number of participants, and ensure their strategic development.
Documents submitted in accordance with the competition requirements will be reviewed, and upon approval, a bilateral civil-law contract will be concluded between the selected candidate and the Academy.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct management of the educational process and monitoring of lesson quality;
Marketing and promotion of the courses, including implementation of strategic development measures;
Organization and continuous improvement of curricula and teaching methodologies;
Regular submission of analytical reports on course effectiveness to the Academy’s leadership;
Submission of financial reports to the accounting and finance departments in accordance with established procedures;
Coordination of technical and logistical support required for the educational process.
Candidate Requirements:
Higher education degree (preferably in education management, management, or law);
Practical experience in the education sector or in managing training centers;
Skills in marketing and promotion of educational services;
Proficiency in Uzbek and Russian (knowledge of English is an advantage).
Employment Conditions:
Contract duration: 3 (three) months (with the possibility of subsequent employment under a labor contract if necessary);
Working schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (40-hour workweek);
Salary: fixed monthly payment plus performance-based bonuses depending on the number of enrolled participants (amount to be agreed upon during the interview).

Independent thinking and strong organizational skills;
Responsibility and discipline in fulfilling assigned tasks accurately and on time.
