The Law Enforcement Academy announces a competition for qualified pedagogical specialists to teach Fundamentals of State and Law, Psychological Training, and Academic Writing within its preparatory courses. The aim is to provide high-quality instruction and effectively prepare participants for entrance examinations.
Documents submitted in accordance with the competition requirements will be reviewed, and upon approval, a bilateral civil-law contract will be concluded between the selected candidate and the Academy.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing curricula and syllabi for the assigned subject;
Conducting theoretical and practical classes based on the approved program using modern interactive methods;
Effectively preparing participants for entrance examinations to the Academy and other higher educational institutions of law enforcement agencies;
Developing and regularly updating teaching materials (presentations, tests, handouts);
Objectively assessing and monitoring participants’ academic performance.
Candidate Requirements:
Higher education degree in the relevant subject area;
At least 2 years of pedagogical experience in preparing applicants for higher education institutions;
Ability to use modern educational technologies and interactive teaching methods;
Ability to teach in both Uzbek and Russian.
Employment Conditions:
Contract duration: 3 (three) months (with the possibility of subsequent employment under a labor contract if necessary);
Working hours determined according to the class schedule and mutual agreement of the parties;
Salary: fixed monthly payment plus performance-based bonuses depending on the number of participants in the groups taught (amount to be agreed upon during the interview).

Pedagogical ethics and a high sense of responsibility;
Creative and innovative approach;
Discipline in fulfilling assigned tasks accurately and on time.

Higher education diploma and transcript (additional certificates, if any, may also be submitted);
Extract from employment record (if available, via the mygov.uz portal);
Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) certificate.
