The Law Enforcement Academy
announces a competition for the position of Administrator for its preparatory courses. The selected specialist will be responsible for administrative tasks, including working with applicants and their representatives, processing and maintaining documentation, forming and managing the participants’ database, and ensuring the organizational support of the educational process.

Documents submitted in accordance with the competition requirements will be reviewed, and upon approval, a bilateral civil-law contract will be concluded between the selected candidate and the Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing applicants and their representatives with information on admission procedures and other necessary guidance;

Receiving and registering application documents, forming study groups;

Organizing the process of concluding contracts with participants and monitoring payment discipline;

Maintaining the participants’ database and strictly monitoring attendance;

Ensuring classrooms are prepared for lessons and promptly informing participants and instructors about schedule changes;

Carrying out organizational assignments of the Academy’s leadership and the course manager.

Candidate Requirements:

Higher or secondary specialized education;

Experience in customer service is preferred;

Proficiency in computer and office software (Word, Excel);

Good command of Uzbek and Russian for communication purposes;

Ability to ensure confidentiality of personal data of participants and their parents.

Employment Conditions:

Contract duration: 3 (three) months (with the possibility of subsequent employment under a labor contract if necessary);

Working schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (40-hour workweek);

Salary: fixed monthly payment (amount to be agreed upon during the interview).

Required Personal Qualities:

Politeness, strong communication skills, and stress resilience;

Initiative and ability to work effectively in a team;

Responsibility and discipline in fulfilling assigned tasks accurately and on time.

Curriculum Vitae (CV) or professional background summary;

Diploma and transcript;

Extract from employment record (if available, via the mygov.uz portal);

Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) certificate.
