Modern concept of legal research: A scientific seminar-training was held at the Academy.


On March 11 of this year, a seminar-training on the topic "Modern Concept of Legal Research" was organized at the Law Enforcement Academy with the participation of the Rector of Tashkent State University of Law, Doctor of Law, Professor B.K. Khodzhaev.

The event was attended by the Academy's leadership, faculty, doctoral students, independent researchers, and master's students.

The main goal of the seminar-training was to provide researchers with practical recommendations on the effective use of modern scientific approaches and methodologies in conducting legal research, on topical issues of organizing scientific research, as well as the widespread introduction of these approaches into scientific and practical activities.

During the event, detailed information was provided on the modern concept of legal research, important aspects of planning and organizing scientific research, methods of legal analysis, as well as mechanisms for implementing research results into practice.

The seminar-training was held in the form of an interactive dialogue, where participants exchanged views and debates on the effective organization of scientific research in the field of jurisprudence, the scientific study of current legal problems, as well as the use of international scientific experience.

This event will serve to increase the scientific potential of researchers, deeply master modern methodological approaches in legal research and strengthen their skills in applying them in practice, as well as further develop cooperation between research institutions.
