The Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan was visited by a delegation headed by the Director of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ) Sh. Hülschörster.
During the visit, the guests familiarized themselves with the activities of the Academy, in particular, the system of training, retraining, and advanced training of employees of the prosecutor's office and investigative bodies.
During the meeting, further prospects for cooperation were discussed, including the expansion of joint events and training programs. The parties noted their interest in further strengthening cooperation aimed at developing legal education, as well as improving the professional training of personnel for law enforcement and judicial-legal spheres.
Also, during the visit, the guests familiarized themselves with the Academy's practice-oriented educational infrastructure and paid special attention to modern technologies and advanced methods used in the educational process. In particular, the activities of a legal clinic, a forensic training ground, a digital forensic laboratory, and halls for simulating court proceedings were demonstrated. The importance of a practice-based learning approach was emphasized.
The meeting was held in a constructive spirit, and the activities of the Academy, based on the harmony of theory and practice, aroused great interest among the guests.
