The Academy announces a competition for the involvement of ICT specialists (temporary work on a contractual basis) within the framework of projects for the digitalization of the educational environment.


Due to the large-scale work being carried out within the framework of the implementation and development of digital education systems at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, there is a need to attract qualified ICT specialists for project work.

If the submitted documents are approved, a bilateral civil law contract is concluded between the specialist and the Academy.

1. Backend Developer (Java)

Tasks:

Designing and developing the server part of educational platforms and information systems from scratch, as well as developing and modernizing existing modules.

Analysis of the current code, implementation of refractoring, and adaptation of systems to modern standards of microservice or multilayer architecture.

Use WebSocket to develop RESTful API and interact with frontend and mobile applications.

Implementation of integration with public and private external services.

Design and optimization of Oracle database circuits, writing complex SQL queries, and implementing business logic at the PL/SQL level.

Implement authentication protocols (Keycloak, JWT, OAuth), configure logging and monitoring systems, and optimize performance under high load conditions.

Preparation of technical documentation and architectural schemes.

Requirements:

Possess higher education in the field of information technology or have relevant profile certificates;

Have at least 2-3 years of commercial programming experience in Java;

Deep knowledge of Spring Boot (Data, Security, MVC), Hibernate/JPA;

Have practical experience working with Oracle DB, PL/SQL and Keycloak;

Reliable knowledge of Git;

Understanding OOP, SOLID principles and design patterns;

Having teamwork skills, existing code analysis, and support.

2. Frontend Developer (Angular)

Tasks:

Development of angular-scaled user interfaces.

Creating flexible solutions for web platforms that work correctly in various browsers.

Implementation of an application state management architecture (State Management: NgRx or NGXS) to ensure data stability and pre-management.

Integration with backend systems via REST API, working with authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT).

Development of complex dynamic forms, validation and configuring the processing of user data.

Access component libraries (Angular Material, PrimeNG) and support the platform's unified UI style.

Participate in the Design Review process and ensure that the implemented interface complies with the approved design layouts.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in working with angular animals;

Reliable knowledge of TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3 (Tailwind CSS, SASS/SCSS);

Practical experience with the REST API;

Experience working with state management systems (NgRx or NGXS);

Experience in team development using Git;

Understanding the principles of flexible layout and development for different browsers;

Have clean, supportive, and structured code writing skills.

3. UI/UX Designer

Tasks:

Designing User Flow, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.

Development of visual concepts for web platforms and mobile applications in Figma.

Creation and maintenance of a unified design system (component library) for Academy projects.

Preparation of layouts for submission for development: description of specifications, spacing, fonts, element positions, and export of graphic materials.

Adapt the design to different screen sizes and devices.

Collaboration with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of project solutions.

Requirements:

At least 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design;

Reliable knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator;

Experience in designing web platforms and mobile application interfaces;

Understanding the principles of UX, usability, and flexible design;

Have skills in creating and maintaining design systems;

It is necessary to have a portfolio of implemented projects.

General requirements for candidates:

Responsibility, initiative and orderliness;

Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines;

Independence, analytical thinking, and focus on results.

Working conditions:

Duration of work - 3 (three) months;

The amount of payment for the work performed is determined by agreement of the parties;

Working hours - 5 days a week, 8 hours a day (work schedule 40 hours)

Work format - personal presence in the Academy building or work in a hybrid format, as specified in the contract.

Candidate's identity document (passport or ID card);

Resume (objective), with the indication of implemented projects, links to GitHub or portfolio;

Diploma and appendix of higher education (if there are certificates, they are also provided);

Certificate of TIN;

Extract from the work record book (if available, obtained through mygov.uz).
