The Academy announces a competition for the position of specialist for organizational and methodological assistance in the organization of special paid training courses (temporary work on a contractual basis).


Currently, there is a need to involve a specialist in the activities of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide organizational and methodological assistance in organizing special paid training courses on a temporary basis.

In case of approval of the documents submitted by the specialist, a bilateral civil law agreement is signed between him and the Academy.

Responsibilities of the specialist:

preparation of presentation materials reflecting the scientific potential and technical capabilities of the Academy in order to organize, on a planned basis, special paid training courses (hereinafter - paid training courses) organized at the Academy for employees of internal control and other employees of commercial banks, non-bank credit organizations, payment system operators and payment organizations (hereinafter - credit and payment organizations) on combating the legalization of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism (hereinafter - JDL/TM);

conducting negotiations with all credit and payment organizations of the Republic to organize paid training courses, involving them in paid training courses by highlighting the scientific and technical potential of the Academy;

Formation of a list of employees of the Internal Control of credit and payment organizations interested in paid training courses, providing assistance in organizing the coordination and signing of contract terms with them on behalf of the Academy in a working order;

Formation of a list of topics to be included in the curriculum of paid training courses, based on the requirements of credit and payment organizations, as well as providing methodological assistance in creating the content of these topics;

formation of a portfolio of domestic expert specialists with high qualifications and skills (specialists' work experience, field of activity, qualification certificates, etc.) to be involved in the courses in order to increase the attractiveness of paid training courses;

implementation of the necessary organizational measures to ensure the high-quality conduct of paid training courses, including timely payment and participation of highly qualified domestic, and if necessary, foreign expert specialists;

receiving feedback from participants on the effectiveness of paid training courses and organizing and conducting a briefing to discuss its results and problems in the field with participants at the end of the course;

systematic organization of paid training courses, with the implementation of organizational and methodological measures for the formation and training of at least 4 groups of 25 participants monthly.

Requirements for the candidate:

Candidate must have an academic degree in economics or legal sciences (Ph.D or Doctor of Science) or at least 5 years of experience in the banking and financial sector;

have at least one year of work experience in the field of preparing educational content or organizing paid training courses;

Must be fluent in Uzbek and Russian languages (certificate).

Deadline for completion:

This working period is set at 3 (six) months, and in the future, if necessary, the contract term may be extended.

Payment amount:

The amount of payment for the work performed is determined by agreement of the parties based on the current market conditions for these works and is paid to the specialist based on the results of the work performed.

Working hours: working hours are a total of 16 hours (2 days) per week.

The applicant must personally apply to the responsible department of the Academy (Department) with a civil passport or ID card and submit the relevant documents (identity document, ID card, diploma of higher education and its appendix, a copy of the work record book, TIN certificate and diploma of academic degree). After reviewing the submitted documents, if necessary, an interview with the applicant will be held as part of the commission.
