The academic stage of the essay competition on the topics "The Courage of the Jadids - the Pride of Our Nation" and "Jadids: National Identity, Ideas of Independence and Statehood" was held among students of the Law Enforcement Academy.
The competition was organized to increase students' interest in the historical heritage, develop their socio-political thinking, and strengthen the national idea and values of statehood through a deep understanding of the Jadid heritage.
This initiative was put forward by the Center for Increasing Social Activity of Students and Pupils under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the competition is planned to be held in two stages - academic and republican.
The essays prepared by the participants within the framework of the competition were evaluated on the basis of such criteria as a full disclosure of the content, a spiritual and intellectual analysis of the Jadid heritage, spelling literacy, methodological skills, the ability to illuminate patriotic ideas on a scientific basis, as well as the logic of the conclusions.
Based on the results, the winners were determined and recommended for participation in the republican stage of the competition.
