At the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in connection with the Navruz holiday and Youth Day, a sports festival was organized, aimed at strengthening the professional and physical training of students, widely promoting a healthy lifestyle, and forming a sense of collectivism and patriotism.
Students of the 1st-3rd years participated in the competitions, where they tested their strength and skills in both team and individual disciplines.
The program of the event included such sports as military-sports relay, tug-of-war, weightlifting, arm wrestling, table tennis, and archery. Participants demonstrated a high level of physical fitness, endurance, and teamwork.
According to the results of the military-sports relay, the 1st year of the "Prosecutorial Activities" program, the 2nd group of the "P" stream, was declared the winner. The second place was taken by the 1st year of the "Investigative Activities" direction, the 2nd group of the "A" stream, and the third place was taken by the 2nd year of the same direction, the 2nd group of the "A" stream.
In the tug-of-war competition, the winners and prize-winners were the 3rd-year teams of the "Investigative Activities" direction - Group 1 of the "A" stream, Group 2 of the "A" stream, and Group 2 of the "B" stream.
In the individual competitions, the winners were determined as follows: in weightlifting - Nishonov Ozodbek, Choriev Shokhsuvor and Shokirov Shokhjakhon;
in arm wrestling among boys - Shaxriyor Fayzullayev, Golibjon Farxodov and Elbek Ubaydullayev, among girls - Sarvina Pirmanova, Sevinch Saydullayeva and Marjona Tangirova;
in table tennis among boys - Murodov Mukhamadali, Kuvondikov Anvarjon and Akromov Sayidumar, among girls - Babashova Bibinaz, Sayfuddinova Gulnoza and Botirova Ramilya;
In archery among boys - Shamshod Ganijonov, Shokhrukh Teshaboyev and Kamron Pulatov, among girls - Mokhinur Olimboyeva, Bonu Zaripova and Lobar Musulmonova (II place), Maftuna Bekmurodova (III place).
The event took place in a high-spirited, friendly, and competitive atmosphere. The winners and prize-winners were awarded diplomas, cups, and commemorative gifts.
Such events, along with strengthening the physical fitness of students, serve the formation of willpower, responsibility, and skills for effective teamwork in future law enforcement officers.
