The idea of the rule of law and order - a priority area for the development of the legal system: dialogue of international experts

The First Deputy Head of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Professor E.V. Kolenko, participated online in an international scientific seminar dedicated to the implementation of the Concept of Promoting the Rule of Law and Order in Society in 2025-2030. The event was organized by the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and was held in Astana in a hybrid format.

Representatives of law enforcement agencies, scientific and educational institutions from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, the Russian Federation, and other countries participated in the seminar.

In his report, E.V. Kolenko emphasized the strategic importance of forming the idea of the rule of law and order, noting it as an important factor in raising legal culture in society, increasing the effectiveness of crime prevention, and ensuring the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies. It was also emphasized that the judicial and legal reforms being carried out in the Republic of Uzbekistan are aimed at strengthening the rule of law, developing the legal awareness of citizens, and introducing modern approaches to law enforcement practice.

Representatives of the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation, the Volgograd Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Saratov State Law Academy, and other prestigious educational institutions also participated in the seminar with presentations.

This seminar served as an effective platform for developing modern approaches aimed at strengthening legislation and law and order, exchanging best practices, and expanding international cooperation.
