The Academy announces a competition for the position of a Project Management Specialist (temporary position on a contractual basis).

Currently, there is a need to engage a specialist in project management on a temporary basis to support the Academy’s activities. If the documents submitted by the candidate are approved, a bilateral civil law contract will be concluded between the specialist and the Academy.

Responsibilities:
The Project Management Specialist will be required to perform the following tasks:

Provide services in accordance with the calendar plan of activities attached to the contract, based on assignments from the Academy’s leadership;

Develop proposals for new projects in cooperation with the Academy’s structural units, including centers, departments, divisions, chairs, and faculties;

Submit proposals on planned new projects for discussion and approval by the Academy’s leadership;

Develop and deliver a one-day training program on preparing project passports (SMART/SWOT analysis/objectives) for Academy staff;

Prepare project passports (without basic plans) for interested structural units of the Academy;

Conduct short-term training for Academy staff on developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project schedules;

Provide консультации and assist in developing WBS and project schedules for interested structural units;

Organize and conduct presentations of projects developed by the Academy’s structural units.

Requirements:

Relevant certification in project management;

At least 2 years of work experience in project management;

Good command of Uzbek, English, and Russian languages.

Duration:

The assignment is set for 2 (two) months, with the possibility of future employment at the Academy under an employment contract if necessary.

Remuneration:

The amount of payment will be determined by mutual agreement of the parties and paid based on the results of the work performed.

Additional requirements:

Initiative, ability to work effectively in a team, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Working hours:

40 hours per week, 5 working days.

Applicants must personally apply to the Academy’s HR Department with a passport or ID card and submit the following documents: identification document, CV, higher education diploma (with transcript), copy of employment record book, and TIN certificate. After reviewing the submitted documents, an interview with the candidate may be conducted by a commission if necessary.
