Within the framework of the implementation of tasks aimed at forming an anti-corruption culture, representatives of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan organized a promotional event at the State Institution "Introduction of Market Mechanisms in Water Management."
The main goal of the event was to increase the legal literacy of employees, form a stable and intolerant attitude towards corruption, as well as to widely explain the priorities of state policy in the field of combating corruption.
During the event, a representative of the Academy delivered a report, in which modern approaches to preventing corruption, the factors of its origin were analyzed, and the negative impact of corruption on the sustainable development of society and the state was highlighted.
Special attention was paid to the reforms being implemented in the country in the field of combating corruption, issues of ensuring the openness and transparency of the activities of state bodies, the introduction of digital technologies, and the expansion of public control mechanisms.
At the event, held in the format of an open dialogue, the participants received answers to their questions, discussed practical aspects of observing the principles of honesty, preventing conflicts of interest, and forming an anti-corruption culture. This event served to raise legal awareness in the professional environment and strengthen an intolerant attitude towards corruption.
