In order to further develop international cooperation and academic mobility, the Academy currently seeks to engage, on a temporary basis, a qualified specialist with sufficient knowledge and experience in this field.
Based on the review of submitted documents and interview results, a bilateral civil law contract will be concluded between the selected candidate and the Academy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement international academic exchange and mobility programs, as well as joint educational programs at the Academy;
Conduct negotiations, establish, expand, and develop cooperation with foreign higher education institutions and educational organizations in the field of joint programs, academic exchange, and mobility; analyze current activities, identify challenges, and propose new initiatives;
Facilitate, organize, and coordinate participation of Academy representatives, researchers, trainees, and students in training programs, internships, and academic events (conferences, seminars, trainings, roundtables, research activities) at foreign institutions;
Assist in organizing and coordinating joint research projects with foreign research institutions and universities, and support the appointment of foreign academic supervisors;
Facilitate and coordinate national, regional, and international events (conferences, seminars, roundtables, etc.) involving international partners;
Inform about international and foreign grants, programs, and projects and support the Academy’s participation in them;
Ensure participation in programs and projects implemented by international and foreign partners related to the Academy’s activities;
Take measures to engage international and foreign experts for both short-term and long-term assignments;
Develop and maintain a systematic database on joint educational programs, academic exchange, and mobility activities;
Prepare press releases on joint programs and academic mobility and assist in publishing them on the Academy’s website;
Perform other duties in accordance with applicable legislation.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in international cooperation, joint educational programs, or academic mobility at higher education institutions or international organizations;
Relevant certification in the field;
Proficiency in Uzbek, English, and Russian (certificates required).
Duration:
3 months, with the possibility of extension or subsequent employment under a labor contract, if necessary.
Remuneration:
Determined by mutual agreement and paid based on the results of completed work.
Additional requirements:
Initiative, ability to work effectively in a team, timely execution of assigned tasks, and focus on achieving results.
Working hours:
40 hours per week, 5 working days.
