Currently, there is a need to engage, on a temporary basis, a specialist to train students in football. If the documents submitted by the candidate are approved, a bilateral civil law contract will be concluded between the specialist and the Academy.
Responsibilities:
Conduct planned football training sessions for Academy students;
Develop and implement training programs;
Ensure physical, technical, tactical, and psychological preparation;
Gradually develop students’ football skills;
Build individual and team playing abilities;
Identify and support talented students;
Prepare the Academy team for competitions;
Promote sports ethics, teamwork, and discipline among students;
Ensure compliance with safety regulations during training sessions;
Prevent injuries and ensure medical supervision;
Continuously monitor students’ physical condition;
Prepare reports on training sessions and competitions and submit them to the Academy management in accordance with established procedures.
Requirements:
Age between 25 and 50;
Higher or secondary specialized education and at least 3 years of practical experience (football specialization is preferred);
Valid coaching certificate and qualification category in football.
Duration:
3 months.
Remuneration:
Determined by mutual agreement and paid based on the results of the work performed.
Additional requirements:
Ability to apply modern training methodologies and innovative approaches, teamwork skills, ability to work with students, responsibility, and discipline.
Working hours:
2 hours per day, 3 days per week.

Applicants must personally apply to the Academy’s HR Department with a passport or ID card and submit the following documents: identification document, CV, higher education diploma (with transcript), copy of employment record book, and TIN certificate. After reviewing the submitted documents, candidates may be invited for an interview with a commission if necessary.
