Unified system for training investigative personnel: cooperation between the Academy and the Investigative Department is reaching a new level

The heads of territorial departments and district-city investigative departments of the Investigative Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs were familiarized with the modern system of training and retraining of personnel in the field of investigation at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the event, participants were provided with detailed information on scientific and practical approaches to training investigative personnel, modern mechanisms for professional development, educational and methodological support, as well as the content of next-generation training modules. The Academy's work aimed at systematically improving the professional competencies of investigative officers was particularly noted.

In order to bring the training of qualified personnel in the field of investigation to a qualitatively new level, modern forms of education introduced at the Academy, approaches aimed at integrating theoretical knowledge with law enforcement practice based on advanced pedagogical and information technologies, including the possibilities of distance learning, were widely covered.

Within the framework of the event, participants familiarized themselves with the established forensic testing grounds, forensic laboratories, and the Research Institute of Digital Forensics at the Academy, as well as the modern material and technical base and information resources ensuring the educational process.

During the negotiations, issues of increasing the efficiency of investigations, further improving the system of retraining and advanced training of personnel, as well as expanding cooperation between the Academy and the Investigative Department and developing it on the basis of practical and systemic mechanisms were discussed.

The parties put forward a number of proposals for the development of training modules based on demand, the introduction of joint practice-oriented educational programs, and further coordination of the personnel training system.
