Binary training session for the Corps of Specialized Prosecutors: ensuring the harmony of theory and practice

As part of the tasks set by the Prosecutor General to integrate the educational process with the professional activities of the prosecution authorities, a binary training session was organized at the Law Enforcement Academy for employees of the Corps of Specialized Prosecutors.

This training was organized as part of a professional development course for district (city) prosecutors and assistant prosecutors equated to them, as well as employees of regional prosecutor's offices, and was dedicated to the issues of supporting the state prosecution in the consideration of criminal cases in courts and the role of the prosecution authorities in ensuring the execution of court decisions.

The training was conducted by S. Akhmedov, Senior Prosecutor of the Department for Ensuring Prosecutor's Powers in Criminal Proceedings of the General Prosecutor's Office, and B. Yarashev, Senior Lecturer of the Academy's Department.

Within the framework of the binary format, theoretical approaches were combined with practice, and current problems in the effective provision of prosecutor's powers in criminal proceedings and mechanisms for their elimination were considered in detail. Specific explanations were also provided to the participants regarding the implementation of current requirements and priority tasks.

The training was conducted in an interactive format, where participants received answers to their questions and received practical recommendations that can be applied in their professional activities.
