The Academy announces a competition for the position of specialist in the preparation of practical educational content for professional development courses organized on a planned basis (temporary work on a contractual basis).

In order to improve the skills of employees of the prosecutor's office and law enforcement agencies in the field of combating the shadow economy, timely identification, prevention and elimination of new schemes and channels of economic crimes in the banking, financial, and tax spheres in our country, there is a need to attract a specialist on a temporary basis to prepare practical educational content for training courses organized at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

If the documents submitted by the specialist are approved, a bilateral civil law contract is signed between them and the Academy.

Specialist's duties:

providing methodological assistance in preparing practice-oriented educational content for professional development courses organized at the Academy on a planned basis for employees of the prosecutor's office and other law enforcement agencies to combat committed financial fraud, "smart" tax evasion schemes, and the shadow economy under the generally established tax regime;

providing methodological assistance in the preparation of educational content, case studies, tests, and teaching aids covering "smart" tax evasion schemes committed in the fields of trade, industry, manufacturing, construction and contracting, textiles, and agriculture, including value-added tax (hereinafter - VAT), corporate income tax, and other types of tax evasion schemes;

preparation of educational software content on "smart" tax evasion schemes committed by enterprises during export and import operations, including the concealment of VAT, corporate income tax, and other tax bases, and providing methodological assistance in preparing case studies, tests, and practical manuals in this field;

preparation of educational and software content covering smart tax evasion schemes arising in the activities of foreign enterprises, permanent establishments, and representative offices, and tax control in transfer prices; providing methodological assistance in preparing case studies, tests, and practical manuals in this field;

Preparation of educational software content, providing methodological assistance in the preparation of case studies, tests, and practical manuals on the illegal use of benefits for VAT, corporate income tax, excise tax, property tax, and other types of taxes;

Requirements for the candidate: to have an academic degree in economics or law (PhD or Doctor of Science) or at least 10 years of work experience in the field of tax and finance;

have at least 6 months of work experience in preparing educational content or organizing professional development courses;

have a perfect command of the Uzbek and Russian languages.

The duration of the work to be performed is set at 3 months; in the future, if necessary, the contract term may be extended.

The amount of payment is determined by agreement of the parties based on the current market conditions for these works and is paid to the specialist based on the results of the work performed.

Requirements: initiative, teamwork, and timely execution of assigned tasks.

Working hours: a total of 16 hours per week (2 days) with an independent work schedule.

The applicant must personally apply to the responsible department of the Academy (Department) with a passport or ID card and submit the relevant documents (identity document, objective lens, diploma of higher education and its appendix, copy of the labor book, TIN certificate and diploma of academic degree). After reviewing the submitted documents, an interview will be conducted with the applicant as part of the commission if necessary.

The deadline for submitting documents is April 30, 2026 (inclusive).
