Discussion of the international agenda against drug threats: Academy's participation in the Samarkand Forum

The leadership, faculty, students, and students of the Law Enforcement Academy participated in the international forum against global drug threats held in Samarkand.

The forum discussed in detail the characteristics of modern drug threats, especially the growth of the spread of synthetic drugs, the prevention of drug crimes among young people, and the improvement of preventive and rehabilitation mechanisms.

Within the framework of the conference, practical initiatives were put forward aimed at establishing the Central Asian Association of Narcologists, providing social support to regions at high risk of drug trafficking, and strengthening international cooperation at the institutional level.

Representatives of the Academy participated in professional discussions on combating synthetic drugs, strengthening preventive work among youth, and improving practical approaches in this area.

The Samarkand Declaration, which is planned to be adopted at the end of the forum, is expected to mark a new stage of coordinated international actions to combat global drug threats.
