As part of the implementation of the tasks set by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law Enforcement Academy continues to conduct field training courses for youth leaders working in the mahallas of the Yashnabad, Shaykhantakhur, and Bektemir districts of Tashkent.
This training course, which covers youth leaders working in 136 mahallas, is aimed at ensuring social stability in the regions, early crime prevention, and accelerating adaptation to digital transformation processes.
Within the framework of the training program, participants are provided with practical knowledge in areas such as early crime prevention, social prevention, combating drug crime, administrative and judicial activities, applied psychology, problem sociology, digital literacy, and the formation of cyberculture.
Special attention is also paid to the prevention of the use of psychotropic and narcotic substances among young people, the specifics of youth crime, working with young people raised in an unhealthy family environment, eliminating corruption risks in the activities of youth leaders, meaningful organization of youth leisure time, and encouraging their social activity and volunteer activities.
In addition, specific recommendations are provided to strengthen cooperation with prevention inspectors in the implementation of social prevention, the introduction of "fatherhood" mechanisms into practice, and effective methods of working with young people with difficult upbringing.
During the training process, priority is given to strengthening the professional competencies of participants, developing leadership skills, rapid decision-making, and effective functioning in the digital environment.
Upon completion of the training course, participants' knowledge and skills will be evaluated, and successful trainees will be awarded advanced training certificates by the Academy.
This mobile training course serves to create a safe environment in mahallas, increase the efficiency of the crime prevention system, and develop modern approaches to working with youth.
