In order to form systemic knowledge and practical skills among young people in the field of countering the legalization of criminal proceeds and the financing of terrorism, as well as to identify the most promising personnel, a series of republican Olympiads on financial security has been established.
Olympiads are held among students of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the following areas: economic security, jurisprudence, international relations and information security.
The Olympiad is open to full-time undergraduate (1–3rd year) and graduate students, including foreign nationals.
The primary goal of the Olympiads is to enhance the financial, legal, and information literacy of youth, develop analytical thinking, and identify talented students possessing profound knowledge and practical skills in this field.
The Olympiad will be held in three stages:
preliminary stage – annually by April 15;
qualifying stage - annually by May 15 at the national level;
final stage - in September-October.
According to the results of the republican stage, 10 participants who showed the highest results will represent Uzbekistan in the final of the VI International Olympiad on "Financial Security," which will be held in the Russian Federation in September-October this year.
The official language of the Olympiad is Russian, while the working languages are Russian, Uzbek, and English.
