Within the framework of the educational process integrated into the practice of the prosecutor's office at the Law Enforcement Academy, professional development courses for district (city) prosecutors of the Corps of Specialized Prosecutors, assistant prosecutors equated to them, and employees of regional prosecutor's offices have been completed.
The course was dedicated to the topic "Improving the effectiveness of the prosecutor's participation in resolving disputes related to damage to state property and recovery from the state budget in order to protect the legally protected interests of the state in courts."
During the training sessions, issues of ensuring the effectiveness of the prosecutor's participation in the consideration of disputes related to state property in civil courts, mechanisms for organizing the execution of court decisions, and the formation of unified approaches in law enforcement practice were deeply analyzed.
At the same time, with the participation of industry experts, problems encountered in judicial practice were thoroughly reviewed, specific recommendations for their elimination were developed, and practical explanations were provided to the participants.
At the end of the course, the students' knowledge and skills were assessed. They also discussed proposals aimed at improving legislation based on an analysis of practical problems.
