The Law Enforcement Academy announces a competition for the position of a researcher engaged in scientific and applied research (temporary work on a contractual basis).

Currently, there is a need to involve a specialist capable of conducting scientific and practical research into law enforcement problems in the Academy's activities on a temporary basis. If the documents submitted by the specialist are approved, a bilateral civil law contract is signed between them and the Academy.

Specialist's duties:

Conducting scientific and practical research at the Center for Scientific and Practical Research of Law Enforcement Problems of the Academy;

conducting scientific and practical research on problems of law enforcement activities, including in the field of crime investigation;

participation in the preparation of documents related to educational and teaching-methodological activities;

development of proposals to improve the effectiveness of educational and teaching-methodological activities;

participation in the preparation of necessary educational and methodological literature, as well as providing reviews (reviews) of newly published literature;

Participation in the development of recommendations for the implementation of an integrated targeted work system to create a safe environment in the districts and mahallas of the city of Tashkent assigned to the Academy;

Providing scientific consultations to the Center's employees during the conduct of dissertation and monographic research;

Participate in discussions of undergraduate and graduate research papers at the Center, and provide reviews or scientific conclusions.

Requirements for the candidate:

Higher legal education and at least 3 years of practical experience (in law enforcement activities);

be between 25 and 50 years old;

have experience in the field of researching problems of law enforcement activities, and hold an academic degree and title in legal sciences.

The duration of the work performed is set at 3 (three) months.

Payment amount: determined by the agreement of the parties and paid to the applicant based on the results of the work performed.

Requirements: ability to conduct research work, ability to prepare analytical materials and teaching aids, responsibility, and discipline.

Working hours: 8 hours, 5 days a week.

The applicant must personally apply to the Academy's Personnel Department with a passport or ID card and present the relevant documents (identity document, objective lens, higher education diploma and its appendix, copy of the labor book, TIN certificate). After reviewing the submitted documents, an interview is held with the applicant as part of the commission if necessary.

The deadline for submitting documents is April 30, 2026 (inclusive).
