Education integrated with prosecutorial practice: issues of supporting public prosecution and enforcing court decisions at the center

A professional development course titled "The Role of the Prosecutor's Office in Supporting State Prosecution and Ensuring the Execution of Judicial Decisions in Criminal Cases in Courts" has concluded at the Law Enforcement Academy for district (city) prosecutors and assistant prosecutors of the Specialized Prosecutor's Corps, as well as employees of regional prosecutor's offices.

During the training, practical aspects of supporting public prosecution, effective mechanisms for ensuring the execution of court decisions, and issues of forming unified approaches in law enforcement practice were deeply analyzed.

Additionally, problems encountered in practice were thoroughly reviewed, and specific proposals and recommendations for their resolution were developed. The classes were organized in the form of practical cases, analysis and open dialogue.

At the end of the course, the students' knowledge and skills were assessed, and their proposals aimed at improving legislation based on the analysis of practical problems were considered.

This training program serves to increase the efficiency of the prosecution authorities' activities, ensure uniform law enforcement practice, and strengthen the mechanisms for executing judicial decisions.
