In connection with May 9 – the Day of Remembrance and Honor, a regular spiritual and educational event was organized for students of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The purpose of the event was to educate young people in the spirit of military patriotism, to further strengthen such noble qualities as love for the Motherland, respect for historical memory, honoring human dignity, kindness and selflessness.
As part of the event, students visited the "Victory Park" memorial complex and the "Shon-sharaf" State Museum. During the visit, they familiarized themselves with the glorious history of the Uzbek people during the Second World War, the courage, resilience, and heroism shown at the front and in the rear.
Also, a meeting was organized for the students with the responsible employee of the State Museum "Shon-sharaf," retired officer of the Ministry of Defense, reserve lieutenant colonel A. Rakhimov. During the meeting, views were exchanged on the contribution of our people to the victory during the Second World War, the value of peace and stability, as well as the reforms being implemented in the field of defense and security in our country.
At the end of the visit, the students were shown the feature film "Ilhaq" in the conference hall of the museum.
This event served to instill in the hearts of the younger generation a deep understanding that today's peaceful and tranquil life, clear sky, and stability are invaluable blessings, and that preserving them is the sacred duty of every citizen.
The Academy will continue to organize such spiritual and educational events on a systematic and regular basis.
