The Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan continues practical work aimed at ensuring the implementation of Decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-1, No. PP-2 dated January 5, 2026, and other relevant documents, as well as the instructions given at the video-selector meeting on measures to create a model practice for forming a safe environment and effectively ensuring public safety in Tashkent on January 27 of this year.
As part of this work, the Academy is organizing a special field training course for assistant khokims working in all 136 mahallas of the Yashnabad, Shaykhantakhur, and Bektemir districts of Tashkent assigned to the Academy. Classes are conducted by the Academy's faculty and industry specialists.
The training course is aimed at developing the modern management skills of khokim assistants, increasing work efficiency on the ground, strengthening social stability, accelerating digital transformation processes, and forming the practical competencies necessary for the timely identification and resolution of public problems.
During the classes, participants are provided with practical knowledge in areas such as early crime prevention, social prevention, combating drug crimes, administrative and jurisdictional activities, applied psychology, applied sociology, digital literacy, and the formation of cyberculture.
At the same time, special attention is paid to issues of vocational training of the population, foreign language training, involvement of citizens in entrepreneurship, specialization of mahallas, development of cooperation and driver areas, effective use of mahallas' opportunities, ensuring employment of the population, working with citizens' appeals, using modern information systems and digital platforms.
One of the important areas of the course is the development of cyberculture and protection from cyber threats, which is of particular importance in the current conditions of expanding digital services and increasing the role of information technology in local activities.
The main focus of the training is to strengthen the professional competencies of khokim assistants, further develop their leadership potential, quick decision-making, effective work in the digital environment, and skills in providing high-quality services to the population.
At the end of the training process, the knowledge and skills of the participants will be assessed on the basis of the final control, and it is planned to issue certificates of advanced training at the Academy to those who have successfully completed the classes.
This special course is of great importance in establishing an effective management system at the mahalla level, ensuring the high-quality fulfillment of assigned tasks, strengthening the crime prevention system, and adapting regions to the conditions of a digital society.
The practical work of the Academy aimed at creating a safe environment in mahallas and further increasing the effectiveness of the crime prevention system is consistently continuing.ф
