On May 21-22, 2026, the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan will host the international scientific-practical forum "Tashkent Cyberlex-2026" on the topic "Ensuring the Rule of Law in the Digital Age: Balancing Innovation, Human Rights, and Security."
The forum will become a platform for international experts to discuss legal, forensic, and educational aspects of combating modern digital threats. The main areas of discussion at the forum will be the detection of cybercrimes, the development of digital forensics, the use of digital evidence, the use of artificial intelligence in criminal proceedings, as well as the protection of individual rights and freedoms in the context of digital transformation.
The event is expected to be attended by heads of government agencies, representatives of national and foreign law enforcement agencies, higher education and scientific institutions, international organizations, as well as leading experts and companies in the field of digital forensics, cybersecurity and crypto asset analysis.
The forum program includes a plenary session and a series of parallel sessions dedicated to the introduction of innovations in legal science and education, the development of cyber law, digital forensics and artificial intelligence, modern methods of investigating cybercrimes, working with digital evidence, as well as legal, ethical and procedural aspects of using artificial intelligence in criminal proceedings.
The special session, which will be held with the support of IRZ, will be dedicated to the experience of Germany in the field of digital evidence and crypto-assets, as well as international cooperation on asset recovery.
The forum will be held in a hybrid format, in Uzbek, English and Russian. Following the event, it is planned to publish a collection of scientific articles.
