Within the framework of the training process integrated into the practice of the prosecutor's office, the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan has completed another professional development course for district (city) prosecutors of the Corps of Specialized Prosecutors and assistant prosecutors equated to them, as well as office employees of regional prosecutor's offices.
During the course "Improving the effectiveness of the prosecutor's participation in resolving disputes related to damage caused to state property and recovery from the state budget in order to protect the legally protected interests of the state in courts," topical issues of protecting state interests in civil courts were discussed.
During the training sessions, effective mechanisms for the prosecutor's participation in the consideration of disputes related to state property, an analysis of problems encountered in judicial practice, strengthening interagency cooperation in eliminating violations of the law, mechanisms for ensuring the execution of court decisions, and issues of forming unified approaches in law enforcement practice were considered in detail.
Within the framework of the course, with the participation of responsible employees of the sphere, problems observed in judicial practice were analyzed and practical recommendations for their solution were developed. Positive experiences accumulated in the regions were also discussed, and practical explanations were provided to the participants.
At the end of the course, the students' knowledge and practical skills were assessed, including proposals for improving legislation based on the analysis of problems in practice.
