On May 21-22 of this year, the international scientific and practical forum "TASHKENT CYBERLEX - 2026" on the topic "Ensuring the Rule of Law in the Digital Age: Balancing Innovation, Human Rights, and Security" was held at a high level on the new modern campus of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This forum, organized for the first time in our country, has become a prestigious international expert platform dedicated to modern challenges in cyber law, digital forensics, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital evidence, and law enforcement.
The forum was attended by more than 300 participants from 20 countries and about 10 international organizations, including heads of foreign and national educational institutions, law enforcement agencies, international and regional organizations, experts, practitioners and leading scientists.
Over the course of two days, the forum was organized in the form of a plenary session and six specialized expert platforms, where topical issues related to ensuring the rule of law in the digital age, combating cybercrime, legal aspects of artificial intelligence, digital forensics, crypto-assets, and international cooperation were discussed.
Within the framework of the forum, a number of bilateral meetings and expert dialogues were held, and memorandums aimed at further strengthening cooperation were signed.
It is noteworthy that international organizations and foreign partners highly appreciated the scientific, educational and expert potential of the Academy in the field of law enforcement, expressed their readiness to develop it as a center of competence in the region and further expand cooperation within this platform.
