A meeting was held at the Law Enforcement Academy with the participation of the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan - Head of the Investigative Department, Colonel Ramazon Ashrapov, with graduating students of the undergraduate program "Investigative Activity."
This meeting was dedicated to the training of investigative personnel for law enforcement agencies who possess modern knowledge and skills, high responsibility, and professional culture.
During the dialogue, the importance of the reforms being implemented in our country to ensure the rule of law, the reliable protection of citizens' rights and freedoms, and the improvement of investigative activities based on modern requirements was emphasized.
It was noted that the rapid development of digital technologies and new forms of crime require investigators to possess not only solid legal knowledge but also modern competencies such as working with digital evidence, investigating cybercrimes, effectively using information technologies, and analytical thinking.
At the same time, it was emphasized that ensuring human rights and freedoms in investigative activities, strict adherence to legality, and the principles of objectivity, justice, and professional ethics must form the basis of any decision or action. It was noted that the professional skills of an investigator are determined primarily by their responsibility, integrity, loyalty to the law, and respect for human dignity.
During the meeting, an open dialogue was held with the graduates, during which issues of further service, professional development, constant work on oneself, and the continuous improvement of modern knowledge were discussed.
The event became an important dialogue platform for the country's law enforcement agencies, dedicated to the current tasks of training a new generation of investigators with professional potential, high legal awareness, and responsibility.
