At the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a training seminar was organized for undergraduate students on the topic "Work-Life Balance" as part of dual education.

The event was aimed at developing knowledge, skills, and competencies in future law enforcement officers regarding gender equality, spiritual culture, digital hygiene, family values, and ensuring a balance between professional and personal life.

The seminar-training was attended by the Deputy Head of the Department of Spiritual and Educational Work and Personnel Management of the Main Department of Internal Affairs for Women's Issues, Lieutenant Colonel Idalya Minikhanova, a psychologist from the Association of Psychologists, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor Hulkar Mahmudova, and industry specialists.

During the dialogue, issues regarding the place and role of women in the modern law enforcement system, ensuring psychological stability in professional activities, personal development, effective time management, and safe and responsible work in the digital environment were discussed.

It was noted that the process of training competitive and highly qualified personnel for law enforcement agencies requires not only the formation of professional knowledge and practical skills but also the development of spiritual maturity, psychological stability, and life competencies of future specialists.

The seminar-training provided participants with the opportunity to exchange experience, discuss current issues, and receive practical recommendations that will be important in their future professional activities.
