An interdepartmental discussion was held at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding the dissertation research prepared by independent researcher Kenzhaev Timur Isomovich for the degree of Doctor of Law (DSc) in the specialty 12.00.12 - "Problems of Corruption" (Legal Sciences).
The study is devoted to the topic "Conducting anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and their drafts: theoretical and practical aspects," in which issues of improving mechanisms for early detection and elimination of corruption risks in the process of lawmaking are analyzed in detail.
During the discussion, the relevance, scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance of the research topic were considered, as well as proposals and recommendations aimed at further improving the dissertation work were made.
Following the interdepartmental discussion, the dissertation research was positively evaluated, and a unanimous decision was made to recommend it for the next stage in accordance with the established procedure.
