The professional development course organized for investigators of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan has been successfully completed.
This training program is aimed at increasing the effectiveness of investigative activities and strengthening professional knowledge and practical skills in the correct application of legislative requirements in the pre-investigation and inquiry processes.
As part of the training, the students improved their knowledge and skills on modern approaches to the use of forensic methodology in the investigation of crimes, legal relations related to conflicts of interest, the specifics of the investigation of crimes related to the illegal circulation of pyrotechnic products, as well as on topical issues encountered in the practice of inquiry and investigation.
During the training, special attention was paid to law enforcement practice, the collection and evaluation of evidence, the adoption of procedural decisions, and the improvement of the effectiveness of law enforcement activities. Classes were organized based on interactive teaching methods, case studies, and practical situations.
Within the framework of the course, participants also familiarized themselves with the Academy's modern educational infrastructure and its educational and practical capabilities in the fields of forensic science and forensic expertise.
Upon completion of the professional development course, the trainees were awarded certificates of the established form.
