Independent researcher at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan Samariddin Ochilov 12.00.08 - "Criminal Law. Interdepartmental discussion of the dissertation prepared for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Legal Sciences in the specialty "Criminal-Executive Law" (legal sciences) was held.
The study titled "Improving Conditional Early Release from Serving a Punishment" analyzes the issues of improving the criteria, grounds, and conditions for applying conditional early release from serving a sentence.
During the discussion, the relevance, scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance of the work were considered, and proposals and recommendations for its further improvement were made.
Based on the results of the discussion, the dissertation work was positively evaluated and recommended for the next stage in accordance with the established procedure.
