Independent researcher of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhodirov Utkirkhon Bakhriddinovich's 12.00.09 - "Criminal Procedure. Interdepartmental discussion of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Legal Sciences in the specialty "Forensics, Operational-Search Law, and Forensic Expertise" was held.
In the study titled "Improving the Investigation of the Crimes of Embezzlement or Misappropriation Based on Modern Trends," the theoretical and practical aspects of improving the methodology for investigating this category of crimes, as well as the implementation of modern approaches to investigative activities, were analyzed.
During the discussion, the relevance, scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance of the work were considered, and proposals and recommendations for its further improvement were made.
Based on the results of the discussion, the dissertation work was positively evaluated and recommended for the next stage in accordance with the established procedure.
