As part of the implementation of tasks defined for the early prevention of crime, the elimination of its causes and conditions, and the formation of a safe environment in mahallas, the Law Enforcement Academy is consistently continuing comprehensive scientific and practical work in the Jizzakh region.
With the participation of Academy specialists, the criminogenic situation in the cities and districts of the region was deeply analyzed, and the factors influencing crime, its causes, and conditions were studied based on scientific approaches. As a result of the conducted analysis, targeted scientific and practical recommendations aimed at crime prevention were developed based on the specific characteristics of each region and existing risk factors.
Currently, studies are being conducted to effectively implement these recommendations in practice, increase the effectiveness of preventive activities, and assess their impact on the state of offenses in the regions.
At the same time, in order to strengthen the crime prevention system in mahallas, systematic training seminars are organized for members of the "mahalla seven." Particular attention is paid to improving legal knowledge, early prevention of family conflicts, improving social prevention mechanisms, and developing skills for targeted work with the population.
A presentation was made to the First Deputy Prosecutor General regarding the work being carried out, the results achieved, and measures planned for the future. During the presentation, issues of harmonizing scientific approaches aimed at early crime prevention in the regions with practice, further increasing the effectiveness of preventive activities, and expanding cooperation in this area were discussed.
