The training seminar, organized at the initiative of a consortium of higher educational organizations of law enforcement agencies and the Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, became a platform for dialogue and exchange of experience aimed at training young specialists with modern knowledge and skills, strategic thinking and effective teamwork.
Students of the Law Enforcement Academy, as well as cadets from the University of Public Security, the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the Customs Institute, took part in the event held at the Youth Camp in the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent region.
The five-day program covered topical areas such as strategic leadership, modern public administration, media communications, youth policy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data analysis, and innovative thinking.
Within the framework of the program, meetings, practical sessions, and team projects were organized with the participation of industry specialists and experts. This contributed to the development of participants' initiative, communication culture, strategic thinking, and effective teamwork skills.
Additionally, an effective collaboration environment was established among students and cadets of the Consortium's member universities to exchange experience, strengthen professional ties, and implement joint initiatives in the future.
This project became a practical embodiment of efforts aimed at training personnel for the law enforcement system who possess high leadership potential, think modernly, and are capable of operating effectively in changing conditions.
