A competition is announced for the position of expert-consultant for the international accreditation of the master's degree program. (temporary work on the basis of a civil law contract)

The Law Enforcement Academy announces a competition for the temporary recruitment of an expert consultant with experience in organizing the international accreditation process for master's programs.

Upon review of the submitted documents and approval of the candidate, a civil law contract shall be concluded between them and the Academy.

Main tasks:

- providing expert, analytical, and methodological assistance in preparing for the international accreditation process;

- analyzing international accreditation standards, criteria, and relevant methodological documents, and developing proposals for their implementation into the educational program;

- assistance in developing a plan of practical measures to eliminate identified deficiencies;

- providing recommendations on the duties of employees involved in the process;

- reviewing projects for mutual cooperation and correspondence with international agencies, and providing consultations on organizational matters.

Requirements for the candidate:

- have at least 10 years of work experience in the field of higher education;

- having held academic, administrative, or leadership positions in international higher education institutions;

- have practical experience in the field of international accreditation and quality assurance of educational programs;

- participation in external evaluation, accreditation, or examination processes for educational programs;

- have experience in preparing self-assessment reports, forming a documentation base, and preparing educational programs for external evaluation;

- Have experience in developing and improving educational programs and curricula, and shaping educational outcomes and evaluation strategies;

- possession of a PhD and (or) DSc degree in pedagogy, education, or related fields;

- perfect knowledge of Russian and English;

- possess analytical thinking, academic writing, and effective teamwork skills.

Working period: 3 months. If necessary, the term of the contract may be extended.

Working hours: 3 days a week, mixed (offline/online).

Remuneration: based on the results of the work performed, determined by agreement of the parties.

- higher education diploma and its appendix;

- a copy of the labor book;

- STIR and PINFL data.

Documents are submitted in person to the Academy's Master's Faculty. If necessary, interviews with candidates will be conducted as part of the commission.
