An educational event titled “Prosperous Families and the Opportunities Being Created for Women in the New Uzbekistan” was held at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The event featured the participation of Kh. Saidivaliyeva, Head of a Department at the Family and Gender Research Institute under the Committee on Family and Women of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The discussion focused on the substance and significance of ongoing reforms aimed at strengthening the institution of the family, safeguarding the rights and legitimate interests of women, and promoting their social and political participation, as well as the realization of their professional and intellectual potential.
The participants also exchanged views on state policy measures designed to foster prosperous families, preserve and promote family values, and provide comprehensive support for women. Particular attention was given to the moral and educational responsibilities of employees of the prosecution authorities in advancing these objectives.
The event contributed to enhancing participants’ understanding of the reforms relating to family and women’s issues, while reinforcing respect for national values and strengthening their sense of social responsibility.
