A professional retraining course for investigators newly appointed to the territorial structures of the Investigative Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs has been completed at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Students who successfully passed the final certification were awarded diplomas.
The training program is aimed at developing the skills of investigators in making independent procedural decisions, working with evidence, planning and conducting investigative actions, as well as applying modern investigative methods and tactics in practice.
During the course, students strengthened their theoretical and practical knowledge on the application of criminal and criminal procedural legislation, the collection, verification, and evaluation of evidence, the effective use of information and communication technologies, and ensuring guarantees of human rights and freedoms.
The classes were organized based on the analysis of practical cases and procedural situations with the participation of professors and teachers of the Academy and experienced practitioners of other law enforcement agencies.
The course served to strengthen the professional training of investigators and prepare them for responsible and effective service activities.
