A working group from the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, led by Deputy Prosecutor General S.I. Samadov, continued its work on the scientific and practical study of early crime prevention issues in the mahallas of the Surkhandarya region, identifying the factors and conditions contributing to their commission, and forming a safe environment.
Within the framework of the study, the factors contributing to the commission of crimes in the mahallas of the region's cities and districts, as well as the conditions creating them, were analyzed. Based on the specific characteristics of the regions and existing problems, scientifically grounded recommendations have been developed aimed at increasing the targeting and effectiveness of preventive measures.
Members of the working group are holding meetings in mahallas with members of the "mahalla seven" to discuss practical issues of ensuring a safe environment and early prevention of offenses.
At the same time, the implementation of the developed recommendations on the ground is being directly studied, and practical instructions are being given to the responsible employees on the effective organization of crime prevention.
