The Law Enforcement Academy announces a competition for the temporary recruitment of a qualified marketing specialist to effectively organize the promotion and development of "PreAcademy" preparatory courses.
Upon review of the submitted documents and approval of the candidate, a civil law contract shall be concluded between them and the Academy.
Main tasks:
- Planning, organizing, and implementing comprehensive marketing activities within the framework of "PreAcademy" training courses;
- organization of photo and video shooting processes, preparation, and editing of video and audio materials for advertising purposes;
- placing and cross-posting content on all relevant digital platforms;
- Integrated social media management (SMM) of the "PreAcademy" project;
- Setting up, running, analyzing and optimizing the effectiveness of targeted advertising campaigns;
- establishing effective communication with social media users and subscribers, responding to feedback and inquiries;
- developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for the promotion and sale of educational services;
- formation, analysis, and improvement of sales funnels;
- Implementing marketing activities aimed at improving the positive image and brand awareness of "PreAcademy" preparatory courses.
Requirements for the candidate:
- have practical experience in marketing, digital marketing, or SMM;
- possessing personal qualities such as creative thinking, analytical approach, personal responsibility, initiative, and result orientation.
Working period: temporary on a contractual basis. If necessary, the term of the contract may be extended.
Working hours: 8-hour workday, 5 days a week.
Remuneration: based on the results of the interview and the results of the work performed, determined by agreement of the parties.

- a copy of the labor book (if available);
- STIR and PINFL data.
Documents are submitted to the Academy in person or in electronic form. The submitted documents will be preliminarily reviewed, and if necessary, an interview will be held with the candidates as part of the commission.
