From professional development to leadership across the system

In his remarks, Yevgeniy Vyacheslavovich Kolenko emphasized that strengthening women's leadership within the law enforcement system is not merely a matter of expanding their participation. Rather, it is a key prerequisite for improving the quality of public service, reinforcing public trust, and ensuring more effective managerial decision-making.

The Academy places particular emphasis on developing the professional expertise and leadership potential of women. Its objective is to ensure that they establish themselves within the system not only as highly qualified professionals, but also as capable leaders, analysts, and mentors.

The training sessions, led by international experts Kate Mainell and Montserrat Pina, focused on practical approaches to strategic thinking, effective communication, team leadership, decision-making in complex situations, and the development of professional networks.

For the Academy's female employees, the programme provided not only an opportunity to learn from advanced international experience, but also to acquire practical tools for teamwork, responsible decision-making, and professional communication. Applying these skills in their day-to-day professional activities will contribute to fostering a culture of mutual support, responsible leadership, and institutional excellence within their teams.
