During the school holidays, graduating students from schools in the capital visited the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Open Day provided young people with an opportunity to become closely acquainted with the educational environment at the Academy, receive information about the admission procedure, and communicate with experienced specialists.
The event participants were provided with detailed information about the Academy’s activities, the admission and education procedures for bachelor’s degree programmes, as well as the specific aspects of organizing the educational process. During the open dialogue, the students received direct answers from Academy staff to the questions they were interested in.
A meeting with an investigator with many years of practical experience was a special part of the event. He spoke about the specific features of investigative activities, the responsibility, knowledge and personal qualities required by this profession, and provided young people with practical recommendations on choosing their future professional path.
The students also familiarized themselves with the activities of the PreAcademy preparatory courses under the Academy, the conditions of study and the opportunities provided. The meeting enriched their understanding of the Academy and the legal profession and helped them make a well-considered choice of their future field of study.
