A final assessment was conducted at the Law Enforcement Academy for participants of the retraining course for senior personnel of prosecutor’s bodies. The assessment evaluated the participants’ level of mastery of the educational programme, the theoretical knowledge and practical skills acquired during the course, as well as the professional competencies necessary for leadership activities.
At the final stage of the educational process, the participants defended their graduation qualification papers. During the defence, their theoretical preparation on the selected topics, practical approach to the issues, ability to conduct independent analysis, and capacity to propose well-founded solutions to existing problems in the field were examined.
At the Academy, the retraining process for senior personnel is organised on the basis of integrating education with practice, developing professional competencies, and fostering modern management approaches. The final assessment and defence of qualification papers made it possible to comprehensively evaluate the results achieved by the participants and determine their level of preparedness for their future leadership activities.
