The professional retraining course for managerial personnel of prosecutor’s offices at the Law Enforcement Academy has been completed. The participants passed the final examination and defended their graduation qualification papers devoted to current issues of professional activity.
The training programme was aimed at developing the competencies necessary for effective management, rational organisation of work, making well-founded decisions and systematically addressing professional tasks. The educational process was organised based on the close integration of theoretical training with the practical activities of prosecutor’s offices.
At the final stage, the participants’ level of mastery of the training programme, theoretical knowledge, practical skills, as well as professional competencies necessary for managerial activities, were comprehensively assessed. During the defence of the graduation qualification papers, particular attention was paid to the ability to independently analyse professional problems, substantiate practical approaches and propose effective solutions.
Participants who successfully fulfilled the established requirements were solemnly awarded diplomas of professional retraining. The knowledge and skills acquired during the course will contribute to the implementation of modern management approaches in prosecutor’s offices, enhancing the effectiveness of managerial activities and ensuring the responsible performance of official duties.
